- Weather Conditions: If your booking is affected by adverse weather conditions, you have the option to either reschedule your trip to a later available date or receive a full refund.
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 7 days before your booking (excluding weather-related cancellations), the deposit will not be refunded.
- No-shows or Same-day Cancellations: The full amount of the booking may be charged in cases of last-minute cancellations or failure to show up without prior notice.
